Faculty Collaborative Workshops 2022-23

The goal of these workshops is to provide faculty an opportunity to engage with one another on various topics and/or strategize solutions to issues that face our campus community. 

Workshops will run for 4 consecutive weeks for 1 hour each (start date to be coordinated with Workshop Leader). Participants will be assigned pre-work that will be completed prior to the first meeting. 

Fall 2022 Collaborative Workshops:

• Funding your Research and Creative Activity: Turn Your Good Idea into a Great Proposal

• Supporting Course Development for the New University Writing Requirement

• Understanding Grade Inequities and Links to Course Design

• Building Community through Drumming

 Spring 2023 Collaborative Workshops:

• Developing an Alternative Campus Crisis Response

• Alternative, Equity Minded Assessment and Grading

• Writing Across the Curriculum

• Designing a Sustainability Overlay Course

• Building Community through Drumming

Stipends:

Workshop Leaders who complete the FLC is $1000.00 

Workshop Participants who complete all four sessions is $400
