Faculty Collaborative Workshops 2023-2024

The goal of these workshops is to provide faculty an opportunity to engage with one another on various topics and/or stategize solutions to issues that face our campus community. 

Workshops will run for 4 consecutive weeks for 1 hour each (start date to be corrdinated with Workshop Leader). Participants will be assigned pre-work that will be completed prior to the first meeting. 

Fall 2023 Collaborative Workshops:

• Learning from historically marginalized voices through graphic novels

• Teachers of Writing (Across the Disciplines) Book Club

• Building Community through Drumming

 Spring 2024 Collaborative Workshops:

• Growing food, growing community on campus!

• Center for Disability Justice Research Book Club #2

• Social Science Methodologies

• Writing Across the Curriculum: Infusing the Power of Writing in Your Courses

Stipends:

Workshop Leaders who complete the FLC is $1000.00 

Workshop Participants who complete all four sessions is $400
