Since 2025, Aliahna has been serving as the lab manager of the Intersectional Consciousness Lab, and has been a member of the lab since 2024. She is a 1st-year M.A. Psychological Research Student. She is currently conducting research on how masculinity endorsement and insecurity affects political attitudes. She hopes to pursue a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. In her free time, she enjoys reading and playing video games.
Victoria Hains

Victoria is a graduate student in the Master of Science in Clinical Psychology program, with interests in both mixed-methods research and therapeutic practice. She is currently conducting thesis research on stress, trauma, and emotion regulation. In the future, Victoria hopes to focus her clinical work on creating affirming therapeutic environments for individuals who present as and/or experience themselves as feminine, and who identify as neurodivergent and/or as gender and sexual minorities.

Emily is a second-year graduate student in the M.S. in Clinical Psychology program who wants to pursue licensure and become a LMFT/LPCC after graduating from the program. Her thesis research focuses on the relationship between social media usage and self-objectification practices among young Asian women.

Isabella is a first year graduate student in the Master of Arts in Psychological Research program. She hopes to continue to futher her education by pursuing a Ph.D. in Psychological Research to further her passion in research. Her hobbies include music and playing video games.

Eliana is an undergraduate student with a major in Psychology and a minor in Human Services. With growing research experience and experience working with older adults in the mental health field, Eliana hopes to pursue a career in clinical psychology, supporting adults in communities of color. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and being in nature.

Nadine is a third year undergraduate student at CSUF, and a research assistant in the Intersectional Consciousness Lab. She is interested in psychology and learning more about research through working in the lab. She hopes to continue developing her research skills and exploring areas of psychology that she may pursue in the future.

William is a second-year transfer student at Cal State Fullerton. He's interested in both mental disabilities such as depression and anxiety, but also those of special needs like Ocd, Adhd, and Autism. Outside of research and class, he is without a doubt a gaming nerd.

CSUF Alumni and long-term member of the lab. Paul worked on a variety of quantitative research projects within the Lab. He is currently focused on applying for Master's in Clinical Psychology programs.
Rodon Mckissack

Rodon is a psychology graduate from California State University, Fullerton whose research interests include masculinity, intersectionality, identity, and the experiences of underrepresented communities. His research in the Intersectionality Lab examines masculinity among young men, including how masculinity is constructed and expressed within digital environments. His long-term goal is to become a clinical psychologist, providing therapy while using research to better understand and support individuals from diverse communities.
Tiffanie Nguyen

Tiffanie is an undergraduate student majoring in psychology and criminal justice. She currently focuses on expanding her knowledge in behavioral science while gaining practical experience on campus and in nearby communities. In the near future, she hopes to become a forensic psychologist or juvenile detention specialist, focusing on youth care within the justice system.

In the future, Alvaro plans to achieve higher levels of education in order to achieve his goal of becoming a therapist.
