The members of the Network have been organised into 8 working groups, each one of which focuses on specific topics related to D.E.I issues and the description of work of the Gender Equality and Anti-discrimination Committees:

Working Group 2: Acquisition, analysis & monitoring of data - Surveys

Working Group 3: Sexual Harassment Management Protocols

Working Group 4: Staff appraisal, career development, leadership

Working Group 5: Gender dimension in research

Working Group 6: Awareness raising events, continuous development 

Working Group 7: Work-life balance

Working Group 8: Innovation

Each group comprises at least one representative from each member-organisation of the Network and has bi-weekly meetings.  The more mature results of each group's work is published in the Network's community in Zenodo.
