This site sets forth the minimum hiring requirements for all Workers at Convent of the Sacred Heart (CSH) (whether they are classified as a CSH Employee, Staffing Agency Employee, Independent Contractor, Student Teacher, Intern, or Volunteer).

All Workers must complete each of the following prior to starting work:

1) Authorization & Disclosure for Background Check (Enter 1132 for "Institution #")

2) Safe Environment Questionnaire

3) NYSED TEACH Fingerprint Clearance

4) New York United: Prevent Discrimination and Harassment training (During registration, all new learners will need to provide the following branch ID code: 1606-92341)

5) Mandated Reporter training 

6) VIRTUS or Safer Spaces training (VIRTUS for instructional Workers, Safer Spaces for non-instructional Workers)

7) Boundaries Training for Educators

All completed paperwork and proof of trainings must be sent in one packet securely to HR@cshnyc.org or mailed/hand delivered to:
