The BigDraw 2020

The Big Draw came to Downend again this year. Not put off by the restrictions of Covid19 key stage 3 worked on feathers to create a giant brightly coloured Phoenix rising from the ashes of early 2020. A positive symbol of hope for the new academic year and looking fabulous in our H block entrance.

We also ran a competition challenging students to draw their own phoenix. We have been astonished by the quality of the entries, take a look below.
