Blended Learning is an approach to learning that combines station rotations and technology use. During Station Rotations, students work for 10-15 minutes at a station, then switch to a new station.
The stations always include:
one station with independent work ( working alone with technology use)
one station with collaborative work (working with a partner or team),
one station that is teacher directed (I deliver the lesson, and tailor it to each group of students).

This approach allows us to teach our students at their level and pace! This is completely different from the "old" teaching method of instructing a whole group. Smaller groups, with tailored instruction, allow for deeper learner.
