About the Teacher

Miss Marcinkowski

4th Grade Homeroom

“A teacher who loves teaching, teaches students who love learning.”

My name is Stephanie Marcinkowski and proud to be the 4th grade teacher. This is my 7th year teaching here at SFA. I am so lucky that I have called this place “home” ever since I was in the first grade. My three brothers and I were Falcons here at SFA! Upon spreading my wings I attended Carondelet and then onto the University of the Pacific where I studied Elementary Education with a focus in math. I graduated summa cum laude and was more than eager to have my own classroom! Throughout my time at SFA I have been able to rekindle with many familiar faces as well as meet new ones along the way. I am also grateful that I get to incorporate my love for leadership by moderating our Student Council. In addition, I am entering my third year as a part of the Administrative Team.

I strive to teach and inspire with creativity and enthusiasm by providing a rigorous and accountable curriculum for my students. I hope that my students develop understanding and growth in all subject areas. I encourage my students to practice and develop mastery and to be proud of their accomplishments. I believe that as a teacher I have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on my students’ future, and I want to make a difference in their lives. I believe in a classroom that fosters positive learning for all students. As the teacher, I am engaged with each of my students to help them achieve their greatest potential. It is an environment where students can learn, play, work, grow, respect, and inspire together. I truly have the greatest job in the world, and I thank you for being a part of my journey.
