💡How can I come to the Library?
A YELLOW PassÂ
is needed to come for Study Hall or Lunch.Â
You must plan this visit ahead of time; come the day before or the morning of to ask Mrs. Herrera or Mrs. Vibert for a yellow pass.Â
For attendance purposes, your study hall teacher will also need to sign off on your pass before coming.Â
Once here, you will still sign-in with your Student ID # after presenting your pass.
A WHITE PassÂ
is needed to come from a teacher/classÂ
(that isn't study hall).
Once here, you will sign-in with your Student ID # after presenting your pass.

💡 How are books shelved in our Library?
FICTION books
are shelved alphabetically by the author's last name
(number based on the Dewey Decimal System)
Fiction Call Numbers will say FIC + Author's Last Name
Non Fiction Call Numbers will show the Number + Author's Last Name
In our library, most of our Fiction are on the tall RED floor shelves and most of our Non Fiction are on the tall BLUE shelves. However, there are some exceptions:
Graphic Novels, Manga or Anime that have a Call Number of 741.5 or GN are kept together on the floor shelves near the Technology Help Desk
Biographies or True Stories that have a Call Number of 920, 921, TRU or BIO are kept together on the two floor shelves closest to the start of the Fiction shelves
Call Numbers that include PB [Paperback] are found on the tall rotating shelves near the back of the library
Call Numbers that include SC [Short Stories] are found on the shelves near the Career Center door (back left of library)
Books in Spanish, Arabic, or other languages are found on the shelves near the Career Center door (back left of library)
