Welcome to Parchment Exchange. Decatur High School is offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer. If you experience any difficulties please contact us at 404-370-4170 extension 2165.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1 - Click on the word parchment below

2 - Click on "NEW LEARNER ACCOUNT" and select the button for "I do not have a registration code" then follow the directions as prompted.

  • SENIORS AS SOON AS YOU HAVE MADE YOUR FINAL DECISION in the spring, YOU MAY REQUEST YOUR FINAL TRANSCRIPT. To send your final transcript at the end of the year make sure you select "HOLD FOR GRADES" which is available in the dropdown menu (down arrow) to the right of the green button that reads “SEND NOW”.

  • If you need a transcript mailed, please email klanum@csdecatur.net with the student name as it appears in the portal, college/university name, college/university address.

****YOUR TRANSCRIPT REQUEST WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 5 SCHOOL DAYS****

This form is to be used for post secondary related absences - visits, auditions, try-outs, interviews, on-campus testing, orientation, etc..

For the most expedient processing, turn this form in to your counselor via email at least 1 week prior to the absence.
