Adding Colleges And Requesting Transcripts
(allow 10 school days for processing of transcript requests)
Before completing this process, be aware that District #99 DOES NOT include test scores on transcripts. If you would like unofficial test scores added, email Ms. Green (hgreen@csd99.org) before making the transcript request in Naviance. Include a downloaded copy of your score report from the testing agency.
If you are using Common Application:
Match your Common App and Naviance accounts. Click here for detailed directions.
After matching, the colleges in your Common App list will automatically update into your Colleges I'm Applying to list.
Check to make sure the Application Type and how you will apply are correct by clicking on the pencil icon.
Click on "Request Transcripts" on the right.
If you are using the institution's application, click on the following:
"Colleges I'm Applying To"
The plus sign on the right side of the page and type in the name of the school.
Select the appropriate Application Type ( regular decision, early action, priority, early decision). Be sure to get this information from the most accurate source--the college's website.
Select how you will submit your application (direct to the institution or Common App)
Check the box next to "I've submitted my application."
Click on "Add And Request Transcript."

Other notes regarding transcripts and test scores
Students can view transcripts and test scores in Home Access Center (HAC).
Students can confirm their grades and test scores in HAC. If an additional test is taken this year, the student should let his or her counselor know if the score should be added.
