MESSAGE FROM THE PRINCIPAL
Dear Tarver Families,
Welcome back to the 2023-2024 school year! Our hope is that your family has enjoyed a wonderful summer break, making new memories, embracing new adventures and finding time to relax. We are so excited to welcome all of our student scholars back for a magical year.
This year our school-wide theme is Disney’s “If you can dream it, you can achieve it!” We want all of our students to believe in the power of their hopes and dreams and reach for the stars. We know that your child has unlimited potential and if they set goals, work hard and believe in themselves, they can achieve anything. We want them to succeed in all they do. Our goal is that your child is just as excited for school as they would be to take a trip to Disneyland. 🙂
As always we are excited to connect and grow with our students and build relationships with our families. The excitement across the campus is contagious and I know that when you step onto our campus for Meet the Teacher and the First Day of School, you will feel the magic that is taking place all around the Tarver campus. At Tarver, we know the keys to our scholars’ future success lie in the range of experiences they are part of both in school and at home. With that in mind, we aim to provide opportunities for all our students to explore their strengths, talents, and potential. We invite you to come alongside and partner with us on this incredible journey.
Additionally, as a Title 1 School, in conjunction with the Every Student Succeeds Act of 2016 (ESSA), we understand the importance of providing your child with teachers and instructional assistants that are highly effective and meet all state requirements. Our staff is committed to providing high levels of academic achievement and critical thinking skills in order to be college and career ready. As a parent, you have the right to request information regarding the professional qualifications of those who work with your child.
With our amazing and talented staff and parents working together, our students will be the leaders of tomorrow! We look forward to meeting each of you, developing relationships and sharing our goals, vision and big rocks with all of you! It’s an exciting time at Tarver and we are ready to Teach, LOVE, Inspire!

¡Bienvenido de nuevo al año escolar 2023-2024! Nuestra esperanza es que su familia haya disfrutado de unas maravillosas vacaciones de verano, creando nuevos recuerdos, abrazando nuevas aventuras y encontrando tiempo para relajarse. Estamos muy emocionados de dar la bienvenida a todos nuestros estudiantes académicos para un año mágico.
Este año nuestro tema escolar es Disney's“¡Si puedes soñarlo, puedes lograrlo!” Queremos que todos nuestros estudiantes crean en el poder de sus esperanzas y sueños y alcancen las estrellas. Sabemos que su hijo tiene un potencial ilimitado y si establece metas, trabaja duro y cree en sí mismo, puede lograr cualquier cosa. Queremos que tengan éxito en todo lo que hacen. Nuestro objetivo es que su hijo esté tan emocionado por la escuela como lo estaría por hacer un viaje a Disneyland. 🙂
Como siempre, estamos emocionados de conectarnos y crecer con nuestros estudiantes y construir relaciones con nuestras familias. La emoción en todo el campus es contagiosa y sé que cuando ingrese a nuestro campus para conocer al maestro y el primer día de clases, sentirá la magia que se está produciendo en todo el campus de Tarver. En Tarver, sabemos que las claves del éxito futuro de nuestros estudiantes se encuentran en la variedad de experiencias de las que forman parte tanto en la escuela como en el hogar. Con eso en mente, nuestro objetivo es brindar oportunidades para que todos nuestros estudiantes exploren sus fortalezas, talentos y potencial. Te invitamos a acompañarnos y asociarte con nosotros en este increíble viaje.
