We interviewed a lot of people in our community about littering and they've said littering is not the best for earth and it ruins the earth. They say people  litter because they are lazy. The reason is that people don't care about throwing their trash out is because they are careless and have no respect for themselves and the other reason that Littering is bad is that it pollutes the city and could pollute the ocean if the trash gets into it.

4. Would you be willing to increase taxes or reallocate (distribute in a different way) taxes to fix the littering problem? Why or why not?
