In order to get this policy approved there is a list of steps we need to follow;
Proposing The Policy To The Public
The first thing we need to know when proposing our policy to the public is finding out our target audience. Research can be the key because there are several websites and organizations that'll take the plan into consideration.
Funding Source
Next, to get money to fund our rehabilitation we will tax all alcohol and marijuana by 0.0025 cents. This estimates about $250,000-$5,000,000 per year. The prices are spread among many purchasers, so no individual pays too much. The money we make will strictly go into funding our rehab centers. The Arizona Department of Revenue will manage our money since they collect alcohol taxes.
Propose solution to city council
Finally, we'd work to contact a member of the Arizona State Legislature. In the proposal we will discuss the problem, the solution, and how we will fund everything.
