There are different rules for those who get caught with illegal substance otherwise known as drugs, those who are caught with it are most likely going to be fined which can cost up to 2,000 or 3 times the value. Being fined isn't the only rule against drugs, they can put those people into rehab to make sure they won't do illegal substance anymore. If minors are caught with drugs then they are put into probation which does require daily check in's and drug tests, but if they are caught again then they're getting sent to juvenile/rehab.
But if you are caught smuggling drugs within the country can get you a misdemeanor offense and can lead up to a year in Prison or more depending on the amount of drugs you were selling, not only that but you can earn a fine and community services.
