Culinary Arts Program
The Culinary, Hospitality and Retail Industry is 1/3 of our local occupations! This training program sets up you up for success in enetering this high demand field.
Culinary Arts Program: Half Day public school Career and Technical Education program.
High School Credits: 3 Credits Total = 1 Lab Science, 2 Career and Technical Education Credits.
The successful completion of this course will also earn you the CTE Graduation Pathway.
Time: 8:15 - 11:05 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. 8:15 - 10:25 Wednesdays. (CSD Calendar)

The Chimacum Valley Tech Culinary Training Program provides students with hands-on experience in food preparation, food science, nutrition, safety, and hospitality management. Students develop industry-level culinary skills while learning the science behind food, professional kitchen operations, and career readiness.
