Our community center, Rosewood, provides space for people to gather, connect to resources, celebrate and work on projects that improve their lives and the community. As we grow our impact, we are making transformational change to the conditions in the community that make it possible for everyone to thrive.

Outside In provides a full range of health services for youth and adults of all ages, such as disease management, routine primary care, HIV/STI testing, women’s health care, mental health, and transgender care. We also offer an on-site pharmacy, needle exchange, and tattoo removal. We are committed to building relationships with our patients and to ensuring that everyone is cared for, respected, and receives the medical treatment that they deserve.

Welcome to the neighborhood, Planned Parenthood! The new East Portland Health Center on SE Division and 146th opened in June. Since opening, the staff there have done an amazing job safely providing sexual & reproductive health care in the midst of the pandemic.

COVID-19 Update: Student Health Centers at David Douglas, Parkrose and Roosevelt high schools are open Fall 2020 for in-person health services, mental health counseling, and phone and video appointments. All other centers are closed.

Any youth in grades K-12 who live or go to school in Multnomah County can come to our clinics. You don’t need to attend the school where the center is located.
