INFORMATION FOR FAMILIES

Information for families about what occurs in their child's day-to-day schooling comes in different ways:

1- Parents meetings at the beginning of the term: presentation and information about the course and presentation of the teachers and specialists.

2- Meetings with families whenever desired, either at the request of the teacher, or the family.

3- “Site” (web page with private link) specific to each group where parents can see:

• The weekly schedule of activities to be carried out.

• The photo gallery of the activities that took place the previous week.

• General information about the class and communications from the tutor.

• Fun activities to do at home (if parents are interested in this option).

• Information about English classes.

• Songs, videos and related stories.

• Access to this page is restricted through a password given to families.

4- Alexia platform (with password):

• Pupils quarterly reports.

• Progress reports on each of the extracurricular activities in which they are enrolled.

• Centre announcements.

• Bills.

5- Facebook (Colegio San Cayetano Palma de Mallorca) and Instagram (@sancayetanopalma)

6- Instagram of the dining room service (@joaquingarciaycia)
