What is csab.edu.ph email address?
The School email address (@csab.edu.ph) is an email address provided by CSA-B for teachers, staff, and students.
Who can get a CSA-B email address?
Anyone can get a csab.edu.ph email address as long as they are an employees or students (currently enrolled) of CSA-B.

How to get a csab.edu.ph email address
The School issues the email account to the teachers, staff, and students. If you don't have your School email address, please inform the IT Office (itoffice@csab.edu.ph).
Open mail.csab.edu.ph or gmail.com.
Enter your CSA-B email address.
Click the NEXT button.
Enter the default password.
Click the NEXT button.
Change the default password.
You can now open/use your email account!

Q: Is there a difference between the web browser and app for Teachmint LMS?
A: Yes, some features such as chat, attendance report, files attachment submissions, etc. are not available in the web browser.
Q:What is the name of the app in the Play Store or App Store?
A: Android - Teachmint Connected Classroom; for Apple/iPhone - Teachmint App for Schools
A: Please use the official CSAB email address for students.
(For BED-SHS) Parents or guardians can use the email they have provided during enrollment for Parent Access.

Q: I have logged-in but there are no classes available. What should I do?
A: Check if the account you used during the login is the official CSAB email address assigned to you. It is also possible that you have not been assigned to your class yet, in this case please contact the IT Office to address your concern.
Q: A part of the instructions I have received mentioned clearing app cache and data. How do I do this?
A: For IPhone users, you may check any online articles such as:

Q: How do I join an online class?
A: Click the class you wish to attend, then look for and tap ‘Join Live’ on the screen that follows.
Q: I was sick when a quiz was announced. How can I access a quiz past the deadline?
A: Please coordinate your concern with your teacher so that the quiz can be made available for you.
Q: Can I download lessons and resources in my class?
A: It depends on the settings made by your teacher. Some materials may be downloadable. Please verify with your teacher.
