About
I am a Ph.D. student advised by Prof. Marc Niethammer at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Previously, I was advised by Prof. Dinggang Shen at Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
Research
My research is dedicated to advancing human-centered machines that enhance human abilities to perceive, understand, and interact with the world. To achieve this, my work spans the following interrelated areas:
Foundation Models: transformers, sequence modeling, large multimodal models
Human-Centered AI: alignment, causality, explainability, healthcare applications
Human-AI Interaction: interactive segmentation, controllable generation, instruction tuning
