Yes! Your safety is foremost in our mind as we plan these trips. Mexico City and San Jose, Costa Rica are like any other large city, with places that are safer than others. We will not be going to any area that is not safe. Our hotel, the campus, and the day of outreach are all in good locations and do not normally present any problems for our local teams that serve there. Everywhere we go is a known area, guided by our national staff who know and live in the area and choose wisely for our group. 

Once again, your safety and health are important to us. We have places for you to eat that are reputable. In Mexico City, drinking bottled water and choosing not to eat off the streets is the best way to avoid stomach issues. You will also need to drink plenty of water if you are prone to altitude sickness. 

In Costa Rica, you can drink the water and eat in proven, established places as well.

Yes. Each morning we will start the day with time reading the Bible and training to help you know how to communicate the gospel effectively. Before the trip, we will also have some online training so you can make the most of your time in country. 

This cost does not include the flight that you will purchase from your home to Mexico City, which can be reimbursed from the money you raise for the trip. Trip leaders will give you directions on purchasing your flights and travel day expectations after you register.
