We believe that every person should have an opportunity to hear and respond to the Good News of Jesus (Win), be built up in their faith in Him (Build), and be sent out as life long laborers for Him (Send). Win, Build, and Send are our DNA in Cru and it is our vision to see every campus reached with the hope of Jesus Christ today so that the world can be reached with the hope of Jesus Christ tomorrow.
This is such a huge vision that can often feel impossible, but God is alive and Christ is still saving; He is transforming students! To help us see this vision come to pass, we look at Acts 2:42-47 as a blueprint for fruitful ministry. From this passage we see four crucial elements to the dynamic community these early church believers had: Prayer, Bible, Community and Evangelism. This is how we do college ministry.
And they devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching and the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and the prayers. And awe came upon every soul, and many wonders and signs were being done through the apostles. And all who believed were together and had all things in common. And they were selling their possessions and belongings and distributing the proceeds to all, as any had need. And day by day, attending the temple together and breaking bread in their homes, they received their food with glad and generous hearts, praising God and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to their number day by day those who were being saved.
