For a student, attending Fall Retreat is a journey. It starts when they get in the car, continues as they meet new friends, engage with new ideas, reflect, respond, have fun, and bring it all back to campus. It is critical for you to consider the journey of your audience as you arrange the elements of the weekend allowing them to build on each other and flow from one to the next.
