TASKS

While every campus's Fall Retreat is different, there are similar tasks that must be accomplished. Pray that God would show you the best way to involve and challenge your staff team and student leaders. Encourage cooperation, but also ownership of each area of responsibility. All the tasks are listed out this spreadsheet.

For some campus's the lead role should assign people tasks, but for other campus's it could be beneficial to let your team pick based on where their passions and skills lie.

The lead role is meant to have oversight of the whole event and the "master" tab will be an easy way to track everyone's individual tasks.
