Research shows that Cultural Intelligence (CQ) is a crucial factor in successful leadership. Tailored for local and national leaders of multicultural teams or contexts this second instalment of the Leadership Track will accept a cohort of around 20 leaders addressing cross-cultural leadership of multicultural teams, communication and conflict, decision making to increase your CQ with practical strategies. Participants will interact with seasoned Intercultural Leaders from within our organisation from around the globe.
The entirety of the cost of this training reflects 360 CQC Cultural Assessment and debrief from The Cultural Intelligence Centre. Training also includes action plan and peer coaching. Delivered in English but translation is possible.
