We want to see every student thrive physically, mentally and academically, and spiritually. So, we work together with educators and community members to build a caring, safe community that supports students and the needs of the school. Students can be themselves and develop the secure , and healthy friendships that are vital as teenagers grow.
Whether for an after-school club times or service projects, we also give teenagers the opportunity to lead in safe situations where they can learn how to lead in practical, first-hand ways.
We recognize that access to school campuses can vary widely. Cru follows the recommendations and wishes of the local community and administrators when serving middle and high school students.

Each school has a teacher or multiple teachers who sponsor the club and is the official connection to the school's administrators.
The teacher sponsor helps students find a room where they can meet, communicates with the administration, and is present for every meeting.
