Dates: January 16 (arrive in the afternoon) – January 19 (depart in the afternoon)
Registration Fee: $259 — You can cover this fee personally or raise support for it! We’ll be here to guide and support you through the fundraising process.
Travel: You will book your own flights, but we’ll plan to travel as a group (because it's more fun that way!). Fly into John Wayne Airport (SNA), which is 13 miles from the hotel. Please choose flights that arrive by 4:00pm on January 16 and depart after 2:00pm on January 19.
Food: Meals are on your own.
Raising Money for Travel & Food: We’re here to help. The sooner you start, the better. After the conference you may be reimbursed for your flight, food, and registration fee depending on how much you raise.
Important: Make sure to register on the Winter Conference website (link below) to reserve your spot. Once you do, send a quick email to kristen.richardson@cru.org so we know you’re coming and can keep you in the loop.
