Lunch
If packing, be sure to have your child’s name clearly labeled on his/her lunchbox. To help get our kindergarteners acclimated to this new routine, discuss with your child his/her lunch plan each day (either packing or buying). If buying, use the lunch menu (which will go home at the start of each month in your child’s take home folder) to decide what your child is buying that day. Please circle his/her lunch choice and leave the menu in your child’s folder so I can confirm their lunch choice when they arrive to school each morning. If you prefer your child to buy lunch, please make sure he/she knows their student ID number. This will be what they will provide to our cafeteria staff while in the lunch line. I have included your child’s lunch code (student id) with this packet. It can also be found on HAC. If your child will be buying lunch the first week of school, please email me to let me know so I am aware ahead of time.
