Welcome to English Language Development (ELD) at Churchville Elementary School and Rolling Hills Elementary School! My name is Emily Carns, and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with English Learners in Kindergarten through 6th Grade at Churchville and Kindergarten, 5th, and 6th graders at Rolling Hills.
