Welcome to Our Classroom!

Hi Everyone,

I’m so glad you’re here! This is my 34th year of teaching and my 22nd year in fourth grade, and I’m just as excited as ever to start a new school year with you.

Our classroom will be a place where you feel safe, happy, and ready to learn. My job is to make sure you know you are cared for and respected. We’ll build a community where kindness is the rule, everyone’s ideas matter, and mistakes are simply part of learning.

A little about me: I’m married, and I have three grown-up daughters and a five-year-old grandson. I love spending time with my family, traveling, riding my bike, and working in my backyard.

I can’t wait to get to know each of you and to see all the amazing things you’ll do this year!
