Checklist and Permission Slip

Teachers will send home a copy of the permission slip to students who are interested.

If you would like to print one:

Print and fill out the form below, and return the bottom portion to the Science Fair Sponsor for your grade (Mrs. Andreoli:  Grades K-2, Mrs. LaMelza:  Grades 3-4 and Mrs. Taragna:  Grades 5-6) no later than Friday, February 21, 2025.

●  Return the bottom of this paper to your teacher by Friday, February 21, 2025. (Teachers, please forward any slips to Mrs. LaMelza, Mrs. Andreoli and Mrs. Taragna.)

●  Your display board will be given to you on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.  Mrs. Andreoli will assist Grades K-2, Mrs. LaMelza will assist Grades 3-4 and Mrs. Taragna will assist Grades 5-6.

●  Work on your project during February, March and April.

*Please note that erupting volcanoes will not be permitted.*

●  Set up your display after school in the Gym from 4:00-5:30 on Tuesday, April 8, 2025.
