At Little Hawks Preschool, the high school students working with your children are part of the Early Childhood Education & Careers course, which is offered through the Family & Consumer Sciences Department at Council Rock High School South. These students have a strong interest in working with children and are considering careers in fields related to child development and education in their futures. Throughout their studies, they gain a deep understanding of all areas of child development and undergo rigorous assessments to ensure they are well-prepared to provide quality care and support for your child's growth and well-being.
Our goals at Little Hawks:
We provide an engaging and exciting first school experience for your child. Our program offers a wide range of developmentally appropriate, play-based activities, including sensory exploration, process art, creative expression, social and emotional skills, and opportunities to build both gross and fine motor skills. We believe in fostering children's curiosity and self-awareness by encouraging them to explore the world around them through hands-on learning and imaginative play.
