NAHS in CR

The National Art Honor Society in Council Rock

Both Council Rock North and Council Rock South High Schools host a chapter of the National Art Honor Society. To become a member of the NAHS, students must be in grades 10-12, have at least 1 year of credit in the arts in CR, maintain a 90 or higher GPA in all arts classes and maintain an 80 or higher GPA in all other classes. 

National Art Honor Society Fundraisers

Each year the NAHS holds fundraisers to support the Dr. Thomas Rittenbaugh Scholarship Fund. Scholarships are awarded to graduating Council Rock Art students each year. In 2024 - 2025 we were able to award $8000 in scholarship money thanks to the support of our community! 

HONOR SOCIETY ANNUAL ART AUCTION

 Each year, Council Rock High School North and South host a National Honor Society Silent Auction, showcasing the incredible artwork of our students. All proceeds benefit the Dr. Thomas Rittenbaugh Scholarship Fund, which supports outstanding Council Rock High School art students pursuing college degrees. By participating, you’re not only acquiring unique artwork, but also helping to inspire and nurture the next generation of artists!  The 2024-2025 Auction window has closed. Please check back in Spring of 2026 for our next auction.
