Dear 6th Grade Families, 

We're looking forward to an outstanding 6th grade year with you!  Sixth grade is a fantastic year to make new friends, create memories, and prepare to be successful in middle school.  Expectations from your teachers will be high, but you will have our support along the way!

We will be working with National Geographic Social Studies, Illustrative Mathematics, FOSS Science units, and Collections Language Arts.  We are big on teamwork, so you can expect to see us working together A LOT!  You should also plan to rotate and see a different member of the team for another class!  By the end of our year you will be an expert at routines, independent work, presentations, and collaborating!  

This year will have many exciting adventures and we are so eager to share them with you!  We will spend a great deal of time getting comfortable with Google Classroom and our online books as we start our school year--- it will be very important to know how to use all of our tools this year!
