Here we will be posting important dates that will be coming up in the school year. Students should also have these dates in their agendas, however more information may be found here regarding dates, times and details. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

September 20th: Terry Fox Run

Please bring weather appropriate clothing to participate in the Terry Fox Run.

September 25th: Field Trip to Yamnuska

~5 km hike over steep and gentle terrain
Interspersed with educational activities/games
Led by experienced interpretive guide
Curriculum-linked

Possible topics covered:

Species at risk
Ecosystems
Biodiversity
History of the area
Human impacts

All students and volunteers must bring

Appropriate footwear
Rainjacket
Extra sweater
Hats and mitts

***** If students or volunteers have allergies that require an EPIPEN or INHALER, it must be with them at all times on the field trip
