Nicholas Cusano is the organizations founding partner, and an expert on Crowd Science & Management. Nicholas has certifications from the likes of NCS4, FEMA, IAVM, and many others but most importantly, Nicholas provides almost a decade of real world experience. With over 9.5 years in the Event Industry, Nicholas has worked small and large scale events from 100 patrons to over 100,000 in venues across the nation. Previously as a General Manager overseeing operations for more than 1400 staff and 8 different clients, Nicholas can apply his real world knowledge within the event industry to help better the community and bring knowledge to the industries masses. Learning from industry experts like Professor Keith G Still and many others, Nicholas has developed a high level team of professional experts in the Event and Security Industry. Nicholas’ advisory strengths include; Risk and Crowd Management for Sports and Special Events, ADA Management, Emergency Mitigation and Recovery, Trained Crowd Manager Certification, Training Facilitation, and overall Security & Guest Experience knowledge.

Greg Julian brings a vast knowledge of both, Military and Professional Event experience to the CrowdSafe Group. Greg has over 15 years of military experience and uses this knowledge to support Crowd Management functions and Security Intelligence. As a founding Partner, Greg has overseen many large music festivals, as well as, previously running as General Manager for the whole Northeast region to include clients like: Barclay's Center, UBS Arena, World Cricket Tournament, Prudential Center, Yale Univeristy, RI FC Soccer, and many more. Greg has over 25 years experience in professional event and nightlife managment, working executive protection and security for some of the biggest names in music and entertainment.
