Reaching out to a therapist can be an intimidating step to make, albeit a brave and important one. Because I am aware of this, I like any potential client to know that therapists are humans, too.
I began my career getting my degree from Mississippi State University where I received both my bachelor and master degrees. From there, I have worked in various roles as a therapist and as a supervisor for other therapists. Two years ago, I decided to start my private practice and this has been the best decision I've made. I love getting to work with my clients in my own cozy space. When I'm not working, you can usually find me spending time with my family or traveling. I encourage you to ask more about your therapist if going to therapy seems scary to you- you'd be surprised to find out just how real therapists can be!
