CrossPoint has been loving Jesus and Huntington Beach since 1964. We are passionate about making disciples and creating environments where people feel welcomed and wanted. 

• You'll invest in ordinary people and help them discover extraordinary purpose. You'll recruit, coach, encourage, and develop volunteers into a thriving community of musicians, vocalists, and production leaders who serve with joy and excellence. You'll create systems that make serving sustainable, because healthy teams create meaningful worship.

• Every weekend, you'll help our church sing truth. You'll choose songs that are biblically rooted, theologically rich, and accessible—songs that draw hearts toward Jesus and give people words to express faith, hope, gratitude, and surrender. The goal isn't simply to perform music well. It's to help a congregation become worshipers.
