About the Worship Pastor

• As we transition our worship to a modern style, our worship pastor will need relational and emotional skills to celebrate the past, move toward the future, while lovingly bringing people along the journey.

• Leading and managing a team is one of the biggest things you’ll do as our worship pastor. You’ll need to have organizational skills to recruit, train, schedule, and maintain our worship volunteer teams.

• Leading our church in theologically sound, biblically based, and engaging songs that help our congregation grow in our worship and devotion to the Lord.
