Youth and Student Pastor - Milpitas
Reverend Caleb Hankin was born in Ivory Coast, Africa, where his parents served as missionaries. He has been working in ministry for 18 years in different roles such as a missionary, coach, director of sports ministries, Christian school teacher, and pastor. In these different ministries, Pastor Caleb has led hundreds of people to Jesus. He has been the student pastor at Crosspoint for six years.
Pastor Caleb holds a Masters Degree in Theological Studies from Gateway Seminary. He also has a Master of Arts in Teaching and a minor in youth ministry. Over the past 6 years God has used Pastor Caleb to baptize more than 50 people and more importantly disciple them to have a close relationship with Jesus. Students now eagerly worship, pray, and study Scripture together, with some even pursuing their own ministry callings. He loves and prays for every family in his ministry.
Pastor Caleb sees his wife and children as his primary ministry. He believes leading his family spiritually is foundational to his pastoral calling, always depending on God's power rather than his own strength. One of the verses that encourages him in his ministry is 2 Corinthians 3:8 “Not that we are sufficient in ourselves to claim anything as coming from us, but our sufficiency is from God.”
In his free time, Pastor Caleb enjoys spending time with his family, working out, playing pickleball, watching sports, trying new recipes in his smoker, and eating Raising Canes.
Hi everyone, my name is Cherry. I’ve been attending Crosspoint church at Milpitas since 2010. I was baptized, together with my husband, in June 2010 at this church. We have three children, ages 16, 18 and 20. My whole family loves watching sports and traveling. I enjoy my quiet time playing puzzles and making crafts. What I love about serving is to share the love that God has shown me. I believe that we are all unique and gifted that God can use us in His plan. I enjoy connecting with our youth, to learn about them, to provide support, to share my experience, and to walk with them in this phase of their spiritual journey.
Hi everyone, I’m OnOn. I’ve been serving in the worship ministry at Crosspoint Church for over six years, and I’m excited to step into the role of youth leader in our Youth Ministry. I completed my Master’s degree in Educational Leadership at Gateway Seminary in 2023. I’m passionate about seeing young people grow in their faith in Christ and helping them discover their strengths and purpose. In my free time, I enjoy running, hiking, and spending time with friends over coffee and boba. I hope to see you at church!
Hi! I have been attending Crosspoint since 2001. I grew up in San Francisco and is a proud alumni of Lowell High School and UC Davis. I am married with two boys age 14 and 17. I enjoy working with the youths, watching them grow, and am always amazed by how much I learn from them.
Hello everyone! I’m Carrine (aka Carrine EE, Teacher Carrine, or—as my students call me—Mrs. Liu). I am a worship leader, a youth group leader, and a 4th grade teacher. My husband and I have been attending Crosspoint Church since 2009. Our son, Nathan, is now in high school and plays drums on the worship team. What I enjoy most is worshipping. On a random evening, you may find Nathan and me jamming out to Elevation Worship or Brandon Lake songs. Throughout my Christian journey, I’ve had the privilege of serving in many roles—from children’s ministry to youth ministry to the praise team. I love sharing with younger generations how awesome and wonderful our God is. When I’m not working or involved in worship or ministry, I enjoy spending time in the kitchen baking or cooking.
Hi Everyone, my name is Samuel Lee. I have been going to Crosspoint Church for about 20+ years. I have been serving the Children's ministry for 10+ years and recently transitioned to Youth ministries. It is a blessing to witness how God molds every teenager’s heart. I love to travel to different countries whenever I save enough money. Additionally, I enjoy playing and coaching tennis in my spare time. It helps me to destress from the hectic world. I am married to my lovely wife who led me to Jesus, and we produced 3 amazing beautiful girls. We also have a dog who loves to cuddle.
Hello everyone! My name is Joanna (JoJo) and I'm in 11th grade. I've been attending Crosspoint since I was a baby and I'm blessed to grow up around the amazing church family of Crosspoint. I got baptized in 2023, and I have been serving as a youth small group leader with Jody since 2024. I also serve on the youth worship team by playing drums. Something I love about Crosspoint is that we are blessed with the opportunity to go on mission trips, lock ins, and retreats, and I always see God working through these events and I love spending time with my church family. Outside of church I play softball, crocheting, watching the Warriors, hang out with friends and family, go outside, and do puzzles. Hope to see you guys around church!
Hi all, I’m Jody. The reason I became a leader is because I love my family here at Crosspoint and I want to do what God can do through me to disciple others. I think that I grew a lot over the years, thanks to the Bible and its abundance in wisdom. With Jojo, I think we are one of the most inexperienced small group leaders, but I don’t see it as an obstacle as I know God can work through us despite us. I also see it as an opportunity to learn through teaching and I’m grateful for that. In my spare time, I love to read, listen to music and run. My favorite flavor of ice cream is coffee and vanilla. Occasionally, you might find me playing video games if my sisters are. I am excited to see what God has in store for the coming year!
Hi Everyone! My name is Bobby and I have been working at Crosspoint Church as a coach for the English worship teams since May 2025. My wife Jenny also attends Crosspoint. I am a music teacher at a local studio and have students of all ages. I teach guitar, bass, ukulele and drums. I grew up in a Christian home. My Dad was a pastor and my Mom a music and worship director. They are retired now. I love serving at Crosspoint!
Hello again everyone, my name is Rich. I have been going to Crosspoint for around 14 years now, and have been serving in the Youth Ministry for about 2 and a half years now. I recently started serving on the worship team, and you will often see me playing bass guitar. I enjoy practicing the bass guitar or sleeping in my downtime and hanging out with my church brothers whenever we get the chance. I have seen God moving and igniting a passion in the hearts of the youth these last few years, and I am looking forward to how much more he has in store. I pray and hope all of the youth continue to strengthen their relationships with our Heavenly Father.
Hello, my name is Isaac. I’m a sophomore at SJSU studying Computer Science. I participate in English worship and occasionally help out in the media team. I may not be the most talkative but I welcome anyone who wants someone to talk to or needs prayer. I feel very blessed to be in this church and I’ve seen how God has worked all these years in the youth.
Hello everyone I'm Jadon! I've been going to Crosspoint for literally my entire life (I was held by a crosspoint pastor as a baby!) and I've been loving the church more and more every year! I actually take pride in being one of the oldest members of this church despite being very young and youthful. I enjoy cheez its, McDonald smoothies, and most of all, church events! I'm a pretty shy and awkward guy, but I promise I'm very kind and friendly on the inside. If we haven't met before, please don't hesitate to talk to me! I'm always thanking God for everyone in my life, and I'm sure that you'll be another reason for gratitude.
Hi, I’m Anthony. As a child I grew up in the Crosspoint community until I was 8 years old. I have then return in 2022 as a junior in high school. Now I have been serving as a youth leader for 1.5 years. During my time being a part of the youth ministry has taught me a lot of things and help me develop a stronger relationship with my faith and others around me. You’d often see me floating around or hanging out with my church brothers. I have had the opportunity to witness our ministry’s youth grow into wonderful people and I’m excited to see what the future has in store for them. I pray that whatever struggles they may found themselves, they may always remember that they will always be able to overcome it. Remember 1 Corinthians 10:13.
Hello, my name is Adrian, and I am a college student majoring in materials engineering. As a student growing up in the youth, I have been very blessed to have had many good leaders to look up to. Now as a leader myself, I hope to be a good example to the youth as my leaders were to me. In my free time, if I'm not watching YouTube, movies, or playing video games, I like to play badminton or go for a run.
Hello, my name is Leo and I have been at crosspoint since 2019. Although I was baptized in 2014 (at the age of 8), I felt like I grew up spiritually with the Crosspoint youth leaders that took care of me. Special thanks to Pastor Caleb, Pastor Sam, and Joshua.
My hobbies are playing the guitar, hiking, camping, and playing some video games. I wanted to be a leader because I was inspired by the leaders that lead me. They taught me how to be resilient, responsible, and most importantly how to give back to my church community.
Nice meeting you! I’ve been attending Crosspoint since 2000.
First and foremost, I am a believer who loves God deeply. My faith is the foundation of my life, guiding my decisions and fueling my desire to serve. Alongside my walk with Christ, I am a devoted family person. My wife and I have been married for 20 years, and we are navigating the adventure of raising two boys of our own. We understand firsthand the joys and challenges of raising a family in today’s world, and the importance of having a spiritual village to lean on.
My passion for youth ministry comes from a sincere desire to see the next generation not just know about God, but to truly know Him. I believe that our youth are not just the church of tomorrow, but a vital part of the church today. I truly believe that there is nothing more important than helping our youth navigate their unique challenges while discovering a personal, vibrant relationship with Jesus.
My favorite Book and Chapter of the Bible: James Chapter 3.
Aloha everyone, my name is Raymond. I’ve been attending Crosspoint church at Milpitas since 2010. I was baptized with my wife in June 2010 at this church. Our children ages 20, 18 and 16 also grew up in this church. In our spare time, we like to travel, watch sports and enjoy eating together. I was born and raised in Oahu, Hawaii so I enjoy being out in the ocean and anything outdoors seeing nature. I also love cars and would spend my quiet time washing and modify it. I enjoy serving God as it brings a lot of joy to me during children ministry and now with the youth ministry. My wife and I are married for over 20 years and serving along with her for the next generation has been a blessing for us and our family.
