In life, trials and difficulties happen. Crosspoint Counseling is dedicated to providing a safe space where individuals, couples and families can find support and encouragement, guided by biblical principles and utilizing practical counseling and spiritual tools to foster wellness and growth.
Pastoral Counseling can help in areas where someone is needing encouragement, going through trials and transitions, dealing with loss and grief, navigating mental, emotional, and spiritual hurdles, or needing premarital or marriage counseling.
Pastoral counseling is a faith-based practice that integrates practical principles of human behavior with theological and spiritual insight. While it shares helpful methods with other forms of guidance, what sets it apart is its intentional integration of faith, spirituality, and theology into the counseling process. Pastoral counselors believe that addressing spiritual life alongside emotional and relational concerns can support wholeness and personal growth.
What makes pastoral counseling particularly meaningful is that, in addition to practical counseling tools, the counselor often draws on resources such as prayer, scripture, and the supportive presence of a faith community. These elements support individuals in finding deeper purpose, experiencing personal transformation, and building stronger connections with God and with others.
It is such a blessing to be serving here at Crosspoint! There is immense gratitude in my heart in encouraging others in Jesus Christ- please let me know how I can be of encouragement to you! I have received my bachelors from Indiana Wesleyan in biblical studies and then my masters in counseling of community care. To further my ability to walk with those in pain, I am also currently training to become certified in grief counseling.
I enjoy spending time with my family, my husband, and my step son; including my dogs that bring joy to our home. I love seeing the Lord’s kindness in nature; especially flowers and birds, and the solitude of winter’s snow reminds me of the Lord’s gentle peace. Through my life testimony, especially in trialing times, God has been my comfort and my love, and He has given me the calling to offer His comfort and care to others in their time of need though counseling or wherever a person needs to know He is with you through the storms of life. I hope to worship along side of you and share His love together!

While I do not provide clinical treatment for mental health diagnoses, I am honored to walk alongside those navigating these challenges by providing spiritual support and biblical encouragement as a complement to professional clinical care.
Our pastoral counseling is faith-based and not a substitute for licensed mental health treatment. I am an unlicensed pastoral counselor, and when needed, we can help connect you to licensed mental health providers for additional support.
