I believe all children can learn when given equitable opportunities and supportive instruction.
I grew up on a farm in the south of France, where my love for languages and cultures first began. Life has taken me from Madrid, Spain, to the United States, where I raised my two children—Marielle, 29, a machine learning engineer, and François, 23, a student. I love traveling, both across the U.S. and abroad, and I stay active through running and cycling. In my free time, I enjoy cooking, keeping up with current events, and getting lost in a good mystery novel.
I have taught French and Spanish for over 26 years at a public high school in San Antonio, Texas, and later continued teaching in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. This is now my third year teaching online with Crosslake Schools, and I am very happy to be your teacher this year. Please don’t hesitate to reach out whenever you need help or have any concerns—I am here to support you.
