Academic Goal: By spring 2030, CCCS will increase literacy across all grade levels as measured by state, district, and local assessments.

HRS Goal: By spring 2030, 100% of certified teachers in CCCS will intentionally implement at least one identified Marzano instructional element in their Tier 1 instruction each semester, then monitor and reflect using appropriate channels.
