The purpose of the District Leadership Team is to bring together teacher leaders to collaborate and inform district practices. The District Leadership Team (DLT) serves as the district Professional Development and Evaluation Committee (PDEC) and plays an important role in establishing goals in the areas of professional development, curriculum, instruction and evaluation.
