Who is this opportunity the best fit for?

Is this a W-2 or 1099 position?
This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and are not considered employees.
Is there a minimum number of hours required to work?
Yes. Independent contractors are required to commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week. Beyond that, you have the flexibility to set your own schedule.
What hours can I work?
You will be able to choose clients that best fit your availability and preferences. You may work any hours you choose within the client’s open business hours, allowing you to build a schedule that works for you.
When do we get paid?
Payments are made on a biweekly basis.
How much do we get paid?
Pay depends on the client you choose to work with. Rates typically range from $10 to $24 per hour, depending on the program.
Is this opportunity part-time or full-time?
This opportunity can be part-time or full-time, depending on your availability and the clients you choose to work with.
Do you provide training?
Yes. Training and onboarding are provided to help you get started and feel confident in your role.
Do you provide equipment?
No. As a 1099 independent contractor, you are responsible for providing your own equipment, including a reliable computer, internet connection, and any other necessary tools to perform the work.
Am I required to pay for the background check?
Yes. You are responsible for the initial cost of the background check; however, we will reimburse you once it is successfully completed and you are approved.
Can I work from anywhere?
This is a work-from-home opportunity. Some client opportunities may have location or eligibility requirements, which will be disclosed in advance.
Is there an opportunity for growth?
Yes. Contractors who demonstrate reliability and strong performance may have access to additional clients or increased workload over time.
Are there any costs associated with this opportunity?
Yes. There is a 8% service fee deducted from your total invoice every two weeks. This fee covers program access, administrative services, and other operational costs that support your work as an independent contractor.
