Meet Mrs. Carriker

I'm so glad you're here! I am so excited to be starting my 7th year teaching Kindergarten at Crete Elementary School! Before teaching, I studied Elementary and Early Childhood Education at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and graduated in 2012. Go Huskers! To further my education and become a better teacher, I also completed a Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Doane University in 2016.

I am married to Casey, the Agriculture Education Teacher and FFA sponsor at Crete High School. We have a 3 year old daughter, Harper and a newborn baby boy, Everett. We enjoy spending time together as a family by playing at parks, cooking together, and traveling to see our families.
