Next-

Estate sale for the expensive pieces- I take 100% profits- goes into moving expenses reimbursement.

Then donate to the marines, DAV or key wives club on base.

Then veteran or women owned junk services move in and finish the job - taken from the estate profits or final sale of the house

Next-

We remodel the property, I list on MLS for amount range as discussed at initial consultation, sell it, reimburse any of my outstanding expenses and pay commission to agent (me) plus all title fees. All accounting done by professional bookkeeper. If it goes over the projected sales price we discussed then I split the potential profits with the previous owner. 50/50
