Mike Rourke - Food Service Director

You have our commitment - to be attentive and anticipate your needs. Our goal is to be sure that when you walk into the Café or BJs that you feel that your needs are being met to the very best of our ability.” 


Brandon Grzegorczyk - Executive Chef


“Food should not be seen just as a necessity, but as an enjoyment. What excites me is when food brings someone back to a memory that brings them joy. I want to see that excitement in our guests as they experience the kitchen’s full potential.

As a food nerd, I love to explore all resources of culinary knowledge whether that’s discovering a new restaurant or reading up on the latest food trends. As a chef, I can’t wait to share that knowledge and educate with food that diners have never experienced." 


Sydney Fletcher - Catering Manager


Sydney Fletcher is the Catering Manager. In this role, she manages group meal orders for campus departments, groups, clubs, and events. Sydney loves experiencing interactions with all different walks of life all coming together to create a seamless dining experience. 

Tracy Peters - Retail Manager

Tracy Peters is the Retail Manager. In this role, she oversees multiple food service stores on campus. Tracy has more than 25 years of experience in customer and food service and retail certification.
