why does sugar make kids hyper?

introduction

The sugar made the kids hyper!!! Most parents think that sugar does make children hyper, but it’s false.

That's false

For years, parents thought any children who ate anything involving sugar would immediately get something called a “sugar rush” and they would be uncontrollably hyper. Ask any parent coming home from a children’s birthday party and they will guarantee that their kids are going to be bouncing off the walls for weeks.

The proof

Several studies have proven that sugar doesn’t cause hyperactivity, in fact, a few drops of a sugar and water mix can calm a fussing baby!!!

ADHD

A small group of children with ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder) might be extra sensitive to sugar, however, their actions change completely when they eat sugar.

CONCLUSION

All the studies come to the same general conclusion If you give your child a cookie when they are calm, nothing will ever happen. Sugar will still have a bad effect on you if you do eat too much. For example, if you eat too much sugar it could raise your blood sugar which could lead to diabetes, but at least sugar won't make you hyper.

During Halloween, the 100 Grand bar is one of the most sugary candy bar served!!!

Did you know that all Blow Pops are made out of is melted down sugar with bubble gum in the middle... IT'S PURE SUGAR!

A couple drops of a sugar and water mixture can actually calm a fussy baby!!!

Too much candy can lead to other health problems such as becoming diabetic.
