Normandale Community College has a record number of AFA graduates in the class of 2021. The amount of students signed up to be apart of the exhibition reflects this; the number sitting at a hefty 11. As a result, our Capstone Exhibition has been separated into two parts; In Bloom and Awake.

Laura is an artist who works in 2D and digital design. She creates art that is influenced by her love of nature and her identity as a half Korean American adoptee.

Kayla is an artist that makes traditional illustrations and comics. Their artwork is heavily influenced by their personal experiences dealing with both chronic mental and physical health concerns.
