About the AFA Program
About the AFA Program
The Art (Minnesota State Transfer Pathway) AFA is a pre-professional degree intended for students transferring to a four-year program or those with a strong interest in visual art. The AFA is designed to encourage students to focus their coursework to achieve an associate degree that distinguishes their accomplishments in art. The Art Transfer Pathway AFA offers students a powerful option: the opportunity to complete an Associate of Fine Arts degree with course credits that directly transfer to designated Art bachelor's degree programs at Minnesota State universities.
